I needed the guttering replaced, so I contacted Highline Roofing, and they quickly responded, confirming when they would come and provide a quote. 
All the guys were very nice and explained everything. They provided me with a quote that was very reasonable and confirmed what it includes, a few days later. 
A few weeks later, I reached out and confirmed I was ready to go ahead, and I received great communication around when they would complete the job.
On the day, I also asked them to have a look at the guttering on the extension where I had the flat roof and guttering replaced last year, only to find out the roof replacement was not completed correctly. They gave me some great advice and were very transparent about what steps would be needed to resolve the issue. 
They replaced all my guttering in a few hours. They worked efficiently, but I didn’t feel like they were rushing the job at all. The attention to detail is greatly appreciated. 
I also appreciate that a formal invoice is issued after the job. Not many small businesses do that, and it makes a huge difference. 
I would not only recommend Highline roofing, but I will be contacting them for any other roofing needs that I have going forward.
